Archduke Ludwig Salvator is a key figure in the cultural history of Mallorca at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. Among other things, he acquired the Son Marroig estate, now a museum and venue for events. He designed paths and viewpoints to admire the sea and the surrounding nature.
