Hakone Venetian Glass Museum
Kanagawa , Japan

Exhibited so as to float in midair, this creation has been fashioned in such a way that the three pieces of glass maintain a state of equilibrium that allows the piece to be suspended from a single wire. The work contains three bubbles, with wing-like pieces of glass attached to the front and back. The effect is that the outer curves interlock, giving the viewer the impression of spatial expansion.
