St. James Court, Marine Drive

Metal grill on windows at St. James Court, an Art Deco apartment building situated on Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road along Marine Drive. These building elements draw inspiration from the tropical imagery prevalent in it's surrounding context.

This building is a part of 'The Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai', a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was inscribed to the list on June 30, 2018.
