Standing Skanda

Skanda is one of the thirty-two generals in the southern continent. He was entrusted by the Buddha to patrol the three continents in the east and west, and to protect Buddhism and all sentient beings. Skanda is depicted wearing helmet and armor, and appears with a firm stance with joined palms.
