Star of the Order of Virtuti Militari

The Cross of the Virtuti Militari Order Class I is accompanied by a silver star with a diameter of 100 mm. The star consists of eight bunches of silver rays which are superimposed with a black enamel badge of the Order with a diameter of 60 mm. The arms of the Cross do not have ball finials, and the black enamelled ring around the eagle bears an inscription in golden letters: HONOUR AND HOMELAND
