Ingredients: 1 Alaskan king crab, 2g Chicken powder, 250g egg whites, 2g salt, 500ml lobster bisque, 50ml premium Huadiao yellow wine
Method:
1. Cut crab and arrange on steamer.
2. Mix egg whits, salt, chicken powder, wine and lobster bisque to compose a floral bed of sauce.
3. Steam crab for 12 minutes and arrange on top of sauce.
