Still from Video of Exhumation of Imre Nagy's Remains at Plot 301

Still from video recorded by the Interior Ministry during the exhumation of Imre Nagy's remains from Plot 301 at Budapest's New Public Cemetery, which began on 29 March, and were completed on 6 April 1989.

Nagy had been buried together with József Szilágyi, Pál Maléter, Géza Losonczy and Miklós Gimes. The bodies were buried face-down and wrapped in wire.

This item was used in OSA's 2008 reconstruction The Trial.
