Still Life

Liu Ye's work is beautiful, lovely and bright, but not as simple as cartoons. In his early creation, he often used painting which appears to be his typical style. His painting contains references to Mondrian, Bruna's little rabbit, Magritte's surrealist hat and Jan van Eyck. He salutes his favorite masters with this manner.
