Storm of the Century

Weng Kaixuan graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1985 with a bachelor's degree. In the same year, he was admitted as a graduate student to the Department of Oil Painting. He graduated in 1988 with a master's degree and has been teaching since that year. He was an associate professor in the Department of Plastic Arts. Now he is a member of China Artists Association, a member of China Oil Painting Association and a professor of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. This picture is simple, plain and direct, delicate and calm, which is a kind of survival, a state of mind.
