Street photography in Lagos with Tom Saater

Tom Saater is a Nigerian documentary photographer and short-film maker living and working in Lagos. Introduced to photography during a period when he was living on the streets, Saater has since had his work exhibited internationally, including in the Venice Biennale, University of Oxford, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Denmark, and as part of the EverydayAfrica exhibition at the LOOK3 Festival and Addis Foto Festival, among others. He has worked for media outlets including The New York Times, The Economist, TIME, Huffington Post, The Telegraph, BBC, Oxfam and many more. He is a contributor to the photography collective Everyday Africa.
