Sulawesi Crested Black Macaques at Paignton Zoo

A group of Sulawesi crested black macaques that we house at Paignton Zoo in the Monkey Heights exhibit. As part of our conservation programs we house the species and hold the studbook for the breeding program. We also support Slematkan Yaki which means save the macaque, a charity looking to help educate local people about importance of this species in heir native forests
