Surviving Engine Car

Associated Press Photographer, Murray Becker, captures the aftermath of the Hindenburg tragedy. In the center of this photograph is one of the airships four engine cars. Miraculously, it is relatively intact and still connected to its propeller. It is highly probable that the Museum's propeller fragment is from the propeller pictured.
