Located in Salıpazarı, this masjid is dated to 1591. Upon the orders of Abdülaziz (1861-1876), the masjid was rebuilt in 1873 with an elevated and octagonal-designed prayer hall and a number of details that reflected the eclectic aesthetic taste of the period. The masjid was demolished in 1957 during the expansion of the road. Although there is little information available on the structure, the panorama reveals that it had a hipped roof and –similar to the Haci Evhad Mosque in Yedikule– featured a considerably elongated minaret in proportion to the masjid.
