"Takarayama Junmai Ginjo Koshihikari" is one of our main brands. Sake is usually made of rice specifically grown for brewing sake not with ordinary rice as it is difficult to brew sake with. However, one time an idea came to us and we thought "Why not make sake with the delicious rice of Niigata?" We started brewing sake with Koshihikari, the most famous brand of Niigata rice about 20 years ago, and finally we produced "Koshihikari Sake," which is now very popular as it is unique and tasty.
