Tea gown, full length, brown silk velvet stenciled with gold in design typical of 15th century Ventian velvets with undulating stems, large leaves, fruit, palmettes. Narrow pleated gold silk panel extends from cuff to under arm to hem; gold silk cords with ventian glass beads joins velvet across pleating.
