There are several versions of the birth name of Wuzhen; however, the local people more believe that it was named after Wu Zan, a great general in Tang Dynasty. The rebuilt temple is located in Wuzhen West Scenic Zone and covers an area of 3600 sqm. It has two rows of buildings with side rooms and side halls. There are also gardens and artificial hills. The center of the main hall serves the statue of General Wu and the boy servant is behind him with the fire god and water god on the both sides.
