Tests of the electromagnetic and hadronic calorimeter prototypes

Tests of the electromagnetic and hadronic calorimeter prototypes for NA3 in the South Hall of the PS. Testing of the e-y and hadron calorimeter prototypes of experiment NA3. The e-y calorimeter is sandwiched with 5 mm Pb plates and the hadron calorimeter is sandwiched with 5 cm Fe plates. Both calorimeters were made of Plexipop scintillator sheets (Amsterdam-CERN-Cracow-Munich-Oxford-Rutherford Collaboration).
