Multi-disciplinary experts were invited to examine the passage of time in the site and the subjective experience of history, and to creatively respond to the layers of time and history that lay dormant within Isara Winitchai Throne Hall And Mukkrasan Hall within the site of the former Front Palace. Textile Designer Jarupatcha Achavasmit created curtains made out of brass and bronze threads by applying an ancient patina technique to speed up the oxidation process in order to create antique surface on metal weaving. These curtains were installed within the frame of two doors within Mukkrasan Hall. Above the curtain is a label which states the name of the room: Mukkrasan Hall. These name labels were installed on palace grounds at the behest of First King Mongkut.
