Silk and metal-thread brocade (phaa yok) and silk satin; bead and sequin embroidery.
This tailored ensemble suggests traditional wrapped and draped garments. However, the shoulder cloth (saphak) is sewn into the side seam of the bodice and the short, unsewn trousers (chong kraben) are tailored into knee length breeches gathered into a waistband from which hang ornamental panels.
