The Arsi Oromo Kitchen

An Arsi Oromo woman dressed in her traditional clothes is photographed preparing a traditional fire place out of dung and dried grass. The clay item upon which the dried dung is placed is called Gomjii/Gemmii. Other items used in the food making process are also seen.
