To begin the next chapter of JALC, the institution needed a new home. After Jazz at Lincoln Center won the bid for the New York Coliseum site at Columbus Circle, they needed support for what would be a tremendous endeavor for jazz music. This capital campaign proposal was presented to potential donors in the summer of 1999.
