The Cantino Planisphere

The Cantino Planisphere, also known as the Cantino Map, is a world map showing the geography of the world as understood by the Portuguese in the early 16th century. It is the oldest known graphic representation of the line of demarcation agreed in the Treaty of Tordesillas.
