"This invention consists of a new kind of accessory called the decorated
comb; an ornamental accessory for securing the hairstyle with an interchangeable tiara and headband,
with fixed or movable parts consisting of slides, clips, and
clasps, sitting horizontally with a center ring, which is also fixed or movable to facilitate
changes in hairstyle and the inclusion of hairpieces. The drawing presents
the variety of possible arrangements and embellishments, as well as the position of the different
parts to accommodate any other item of embellishment such as
metallic bouquets, hairpieces, garlands of artificial
flowers, etc."
