Crowds at the Durbar festival cheering a horseman as he rides in procession. Kano’s Hawan Daushe is the best and well organised horse riding in the traditional history of Kano where horse riders rode horses from Kofar Kwaru to their final destination at Kofar Kudu, a place where the Emir and his visitors are received with applauds and greetings from the people. Residents of Kano line up the streets to watch horse parades by Emir called "Hawan Daushe". As usual, the Durbar ends with series of Dane Gun salute shot by the Yan Bindiga. Hawan Daushe attracts diplomats from around the globe, who converge in Kano to witness the beautiful cultural event.
