The London Passenger Transport Board Regiment of heavy gunners in the North African campaign

"Ranks of Our 'Heavies' Thinned in 2 Years". Article outlining the service of the first battery of heavy gunners of the London Transport Regiment. It was involved in several battles with many losses occurring early in the campaign. As of 13 March 1943, only 33 members of staff were in service.
