Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Mexico

According to the first interpretation, the engraving on the skull represents the scene of a ritual that describes the ascension to power. A moving warrior carries a message. Another character is wearing a mask of a bird or of a toothed beast that is delivering a beautiful shield. It is in the form of a large flower in front of an altar that resembles an alligator head. From a body, a severed head rests on the altar with a knife in his mouth. From the bottom of the head, blood is being poured out which means this is the precious liquid that contains life.
