The first interpretation say that the engraving on this skull represents a conquest for power. A character dressed simply in a loincloth and headdress controls another character sitting on a throne and has him surrender to him by pulling his hair. The defeated one crosses his arms over his chest and pronounces some words of defeat. The winner, dressed luxuriously and magnificently finally sits on a reptile head-shaped throne.
