It was made by two craftsmen, M.Baldan-Osor and D.Mishig, in 1971. With a wooden base made using traditional joinery techniques and painted green, the model is placed on top of an intricately decorated red table. Alongside illustrations of floral patterns and the lotus flower, the table is encrusted with traditional bronze patterns. While the statue and the surrounding lions were made of iron, its base was silver.
