Anneli Hellström used to take the Swedish tobacco snuff but wanted to quit when she became pregnant in the late 1990’s. But she didn’t want to use the ordinary nicotine substitute. Anneli was working with health care products for a small company in the province of Jämtland and made her own blend of dry herbs and aromas. It felt just like snuff.

Anneli took a loan at the bank and started 2003 the company Nicofree AB in Trångviken. The company produces nicotine free products and today 13 people are employed in the business. Anneli’s snuff is named Choice and is free from tobacco and nicotine. It consists of herbs and spices and is free from sweeteners and smoke aromas which can cause cancer. All the ingredients have been approved and are harmless to human beings.
