Signed and dated by the artist, who is a staff member at the Bank of England. It was created as part of the Bank of England’s celebrations in 2019 for the 325th anniversary of the Bank. It featured in Life at the Bank’s July edition (staff magazine).
James Gillray’s cartoon Political Ravishment, from 1797, was used as inspiration for the piece.
