“The Path” is a video installation work by Professor Lee Hyun Jean (Graduate School of Communication & Arts, Yonsei University), inspired by Yoon Dongju’s poems like The Path, Repentance, Prelude, and Self-Portrait. After getting past the nights and days of the four seasons, the audience can meet the poet who is wandering in front of a stone wall in a quiet neighborhood. The work is accompanied by sounds of nature recorded directly by the bereaved family at the poet’s birthplace, school, and grave in Longjing, China.
