Ivan Kožarić (1921) is one of the most prolific and influential of Croatian sculptors, the author of many public monuments, Kožarić has always been apt to experiments and sudden changes of language in sculpting and has also tried his hand at drawing, painting and photography; the vitalising principle of play is the main characteristic of his working process.
