In the center of the obverse, made of red damask with a network pattern of quatrefoils, a white Polish eagle crowned and embroidered on a high canvas background. In the upper right corner of the panel, the coat of arms of Kalisz, surrounded by a circular frame with the date 1264. In the remaining three corners, clusters of lilies framed by volutes. Above the eagle, the inscription in capital letters: Związek Dorożkarzy w Kaliszu (Coachmen's Union in Kalisz), below: 1919–1934. The reverse, made of white damask with a floral pattern, features a colorful embroidery of St. Elijah in the center, portrayed on a fiery chariot drawn by horses, with two angels driving the horses. Above him, the embroidered inscription in capital letters: Św. Eliaszu błogosław naszej pracy (St. Elijah, bless our work), below a fragment of the national anthem Rota: Nie rzucim ziemi skąd nasz ród (We will not abandon the land from which our lineage comes).
