The yacht 'Kurrewa IV' nears the finish of the Sydney to Hobart race, under the watchful eye of Tasman Island Lighthouse

Tasman Island Lighthouse is located on Tasman Island off the coast of south-eastern Tasmania. At 276 metres (905 ft) above high water, it is among the highest of Australian lighthouses. Built in 1906 it has to withstand the fierce weather that hits the island, especially in winter.
