Through All Your Senses: A multisensory interaction with the art of Lee Ungno

Audience and New Media: In this exhibit, audiences are no longer passive, discrete attendants but active participants—in fact, they are a central element in the art. Together with Lee Ungno’s works and media technologies, audience members constitute the exhibition in their own right, becoming themselves the features and texts that make up the work displayed. This facilitates the understanding of the artist’s creative language, along with a sense of achievement and satisfaction in the production of their own interpretations of the artwork. Visitors will leave with their own new readings of Lee’s work and an increased facility with Lee’s artistic language, bringing about ever more interesting variations on his work.
