Malik Ayaz was the army general of Sultan Mehmood Ghaznavi. His tomb situated in Rang Mahal, on Royal Trail. In 1021 A.H. Sultan Mehmood Ghaznavi raised Ayaz to kingship awarding him the throne of Lahore. The tomb was constructed in 20th century A.D.
