This stone slab is made of grey sandstone and has the shape of a low, truncated pyramid based on an elongated rectangular plan. The relief decoration on the top of the slab depicts a processional cross supported by a semicircular base. The artifact, dated to the early 13th century, was likely originally associated with the collegiate church of St. Paul in the Kalisz settlement.
