Marcelo Conrado was born in Prudentópolis (PR), in 1976. He holds a Law degree (1999), and a master’s degree in Legal Sciences (2007) from the State Law School of Norte Pioneiro, in Jacarezinho (PR), and a Ph.D. in Law from the Federal University of Paraná, where he works as a professor. He began to study arts at the Youth Center for Fine Arts in Prudentópolis. Then he perfected his craft with artists of Jacarezinho and Curitiba, where he took up residence. His production includes several expressions, such as drawings and installations. However, the artist's dedication becomes more evident in his paintings. The initially colored abstractionism became solid in black-and-white, supporting his creativity and subjectivity, and guiding him to new forms of expression.
