Tour the exhibition 'Miguel de Cervantes: from Live to Myth (1616-2016)'

The video is a tour through the exhibition (Miguel de Cervantes: from life to myth) at the National Library of Spain. It examines the figure of Cervantes from two complementary perspectives: on the one hand, the man and his period, through documents and everyday objects of the Golden Age; and on the other hand, the myth embodied by Spanish language and identity, in close symbiosis with its most famous character, Don Quixote. The exhibition is divided into three sections.The first analyses Miguel de Cervantes the man, the second displays images of his face and how it was depicted, and the third examines the myth called Miguel de Cervantes.
