Toy knights and lady

Two partly preserved figurines of horsemen (knights), hand-made of clay almost entirely with the exception of faces, which were pressed in the mould, covered with a brown glaze, represent knights dressed in chainmail, originally the figures were seated on clay horses and equipped with various attributes, for example a shield or a lance. The head of a lady figurine, covered with a brown glaze, with long, loose hair, with a crown-like diadem on the top of her head. Small-scale figurative sculpture is recognised as being intended for children's play.
