Trophy, Mr Australia 1959

"Mr Australia" trophy for bodybuilding in 1959, awarded to Tom Lardner. Tall pillar shaped metal trophy on a stepped, rectangular wooden base. On front of base is a silver plaque, in form of a shield and ribbon design. Inscribed on shield is text, "CHESTY BOND TROPHY". Trophy in form of two tall inclined pillars with crossbar. On top of crossbar is a wreath. Inscribed on the crossbar is text, "MR. AUSTRALIA". Standing in front of pillars a male figure holding wreath in upraised right hand and a document in left.
