David Leitner's oeuvre traverses the realms of both digital and analog, spanning from canvases to building facades, and is inspired by the diversity and cultural richness of our world, as well as social injustices and predicaments. Notably, he devoted his own exhibition titled "100% Trash" to the subject matter of consumerist frenzy and global pollution. Through the use of repetition, displacement or omission of reference material, Leitner's creations often produce surreal and illogical constructs that encourage the beholder to discover their own interpretation of what they see.

Leitner employs a technique that oscillates between delicate and bold brushstrokes, imbuing his works with a dynamic yet subdued style. His signature use of black and white contrasts serves to accentuate the shapes and figures within his pieces. Leitner's artistic footprint extends globally, with his works showcased in galleries and on walls in Europe, Asia, and America. A native of Graz, Leitner is a visual artist who currently calls Vienna home.
