The miniature edition version of this sculpture was presented as the trophies of the United Nations Environment 'Champion of Earth' in 2009 in Paris; The large version of this sculpture was installed in UNEP headquarter in Kenya and displayed in UN Pavillion during the Shanghai World Expo; the sculpture was also collected by Arctic Council. The sculpture reflects the critical problem caused by global warming. The base of the sculpture is a warming earth beneath a learning iceberg thawing from the heat Two young cubs and their mother are balance on the top of the iceberg, clinging for survival.
