Made to resemble a freestanding wall, the version of VB39/42, 2003, was made by the artist specifically for the Castello collection. Juxtaposing in one work a photograph of each one of the two eponymous performances and imposing its presence in the gallery space, it becomes an open commentary on the rhetoric of power as exemplified by the military.
