S134-E-005545 (16 May 2011) --- On launch day aboard the space shuttle Endeavour's mid deck, astronaut Greg Chamitoff, STS-134 mission specialist, is yet to change out of his launch and entry suit soon after the shuttle reached Earth orbit.
