Somewhere between the experiments of the "support-surface" group and Matisse's cut-out papers, between Mondrian and Hélio Oiticica, lies Tomás Cunha Ferreira's practice of deconstruction and reinvention of painting. At CIAJG, the artist proposed a dialogue of his mobile and portable painting with several spaces and works of the museum. In particular, with José de Guimarães' installation entitled "Luanda Museum", and originally exhibited in the Angolan city.
