“The model is part of me, always present but for my eyes only." The model as their personal assistant is revealed in a reflection, but still they are unable to see themselves. Only the model stares back at them—at us. The boundary between self and model becomes fluid. The absence of the model in the external world represents the seamless integration of AI into our lives as an embodied, even personified presence.
