Virtudes Garden I.

On highly steep lands, the construction of terraces allows the transformation of a difficult orography for agricultural purposes. In 1844, the property is associated to José Marques Loureiro, who began a large-scale production of flowers and other decorative plants on these farm lands, some of which can still be seen today.
