Visit to the Ideal Palace

High angle shot of the Ideal Palace taken by Agnès Varda during one of her visits. Known as a great letter writer and collector of beautiful postage stamps, she showed real devotion to everything related to the post office. She even developed a friendship with her own postman, Jacky Patin. This connection with Postman Cheval's profession was showcased at the Ideal Palace in 2020 at the temporary exhibition titled Agnès Varda Correspondances.
