Visitor Centre Golubac Fortress

Archaeological excavations conducted within the Project “Revitalisation of the Golubac Fortress” have unearthed some entirely unexpected scientific discoveries, that have shed new light on the history of the Golubac Fortress because it is believed that the area around Golubac Fortress was inhabited in the Bronze Age and various remains from Roman times were found.
